I’ve been a Project Manager since leaving university and have run a large number of projects across varied industries including Gaming, Banking, Insurance, Payments, Manufacturing and Private Health in organisations of all sizes, from start-ups to large corporates.
Running successful projects should be a repeatable process; I’m keen to help existing project teams up-skill so that they can continue to handle their projects in a structured and effective way, long after our engagement together has ended.
