Two different live and recorded music festivals held back to back on the same site, a 19-acre
green event space in Shoreditch Park of East London. Each day boasted over 80 artists,
bands and DJ's performing over 5 different stages: Open-air main stage, Big top second
stage, Big top new band third stage, 2000 capacity big top dance stage with full club
production with light rigging and a large cabaret tent. Both years I stayed in site for load in,
event delivery across the festivals and for load out following the success of the events.
Responsibilities
➔Overseeing event delivery as part of a large production team, solving problems on hand
and working at a fast pace under pressure.
➔Being the main point of contact for delivery on site for all arrival of suppliers/contractors.
➔Ensuring all on site activity is health and safely compliant at all times including traffic
control, crowd control, event security and environmental factors such as noise pollution.
➔Listening and abiding by the event run sheets and logistics presented upon briefing by the event production and operations manager.
➔Managing the box office team at the site entry gate along with cash float control for ticket
