• Established a dedicated team of 15 which included Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Quality Assurance resources, working from two sites.
• Performed commercial engagement with offshore 3rd party suppliers for the development of a bespoke application. The application included the introduction of GPS real time vehicle tracking and secure entry using ANPR and was awarded the TIF Real IT Innovation Award (2008).
• Delivered T3 Transformation Programme (budget £3m) into new Foster and Partners designed purpose-built facility. The program delivered largescale infrastructure and application change that facilitated VAA’s award winning ‘Limo to Lounge in 10-minute strategy’.
• Re-engaged to deliver Cargo Transformation Programme (budget £5m).
• Led the contract negotiation at the supplier selection stage, with the leadership of a procurement team (business stakeholders, procurement and legal). Successful negotiations over a two-month period in Dubai and UK with supplier.
