I'm offering
I am an experienced client/business director who has managed, mentored and built teams here in the UK and internationally. As a senior member of an agencies operational team too, I helped deliver best practice/agency process development, business development (farming), and day-to-day running of a team.
I have worked in some of the largest network agencies as well as smaller boutique ones.
My approach to client services is a hybrid one, I mix project delivery with client, agency and business strategies. I actively split my role in to 3 areas: listener (client needs and challenges), advocate (brand ambassador and partner for cultural change) and, doer (engage and deliver). All of which help me to be equally as comfortable leading as well as doing (hands-on).
I have successfully helped agencies in both a permanent capacity and more recently as a freelancer.
I have worked within many sectors from branding and creative business solutions to packaging, marcom campaigns, digital and 1‐2‐1 activations.
Automotive for brands such as Chrysler UK, Jeep UK, Toyota Europe, Infiniti Europe, Lexus Europe, Kia Europe, VW Commercial Vehicles, and Tata Motors; Retail brands such as Whyte and Mackay including; whiskeys (Dalmore), Glayva, and Vladivar Vodka, plus various projects for Kodak, Wella and Scholl and the Arcadia Group (high street fashion); Telco – T-Mobile, British Telecom (BT), Saudi Telecom Company (STC), Tele2. (Sweden), airtel (India). Management Consultancy; KPMG; Tech – (USA) FinTech CrossBorder Solutions; Cyient (India); Pharma – Dr Reddy’s (India), UPL (India) Bayer (Europe); Charity – National Cancer Charity Singapore; Financial Services – NewDay (Aqua) credit card DRTV, Leisure and Restaurants; Frankie & Benny's, YO! Sushi, TV Channels; BBC, Star Plus
