I am a professional with more than 20 years of international experience in finance, financial planning and business analysis with broad sector experience across automotive aftermarket, clean energy and power supply.

Highly skilled in interpreting financial information and preparing business cases and valuation model to support and influence the decision-making process to drive business performance.

As a freelancer, I work also as an Independent associate for an energy consultancy. Helping in developing the business of Electric Vehicle Charging Points in the area of London or west London. It is not only limited to this service but I can offer to clients any other service from the consultancy’s portfolio including: consumption analysis, power correction and energy procurement.

I’m personally interested in sustainability, energy efficiencies and green mobility and I’m committed to help in the transition to a low carbon economy.

I have worked in several projects of corporate finance and advised on due diligence, enterprise valuation, business case presentation and business performance analysis, with a particular focus on financial planning, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and market analysis.

Some of the projects I have worked successfully:

• Led a task team to drive financial, market and competitive analysis under the investigation of the acquisition of a main competitor in the UK (10-month project), successfully approved by Competetition and Market Authority (CMA).

• Supported the Due Diligence of 2 major acquisitions across Europe (circa €1bn revenue each) providing business analysis on relevant market data.

• Designed and implemented a dash board for budgeting and business intelligent project.

• I was involved in a transaction deal with Private Equity Investors (US$ 75m) from sell-side perspective, developed a valuation model from scratch for the portfolio assets in Nigeria.
