I am passionate about the importance of marketing and developing great content. I take time to understand the audience and the purpose of the content, ensuring that the call to action is front and centre.
Designing content whether that is images for social media, blogs, newsletters and so on are skills I take pride in. I enjoy and excel at finding unique ways to put forward that key message. Feedback on my content has always been positive and my ability to ensure it is engaging and tailor it to individual audiences.

I have recently launched a charities first public facing campaign including building a wordpress site and unique campaign branding, which exceeded expectations and received positive feedback. I have also been supporting a small business to build a clearer strategy and messaging on social media to grow their audience in the busy field of photography and continue to work closely and productively with the business owner.
For me marketing should be at the heart of an organisation complementing and supporting the goals of an organisation and this is what I achieve.

CoMoUK.
My role at CoMoUK is to manage all marketing and communications for the charity. I joined following an organisational re-brand, and quickly implemented a marketing strategy to build brand awareness. My role encompasses the development of strategies and plans and the immediate delivery of marketing and communications for the charity.
My role is split between managing and developing the marketing and communications for CoMoUK as a whole and also to focus on Transport Scotland funded projects. I report directly to the Scotland Director.
For CoMoUK I have responsibility for;
● Strategy development and implementation including audience research and brand promotion
● Senior management team support and reporting
● Development of marketing materials
● Production of communications to all audiences
● Annual conference promotion, set-up, support and follow-up
● Social media and website management
● Press releases
● Managing external contracts with PR Consultant, design agency etc.
● Management of the marketing and communications budget
For the Scotland specific projects I have responsibility for providing programme support and development for the marketing and communications. This has included running focus groups, developing location and audience focussed marketing materials, managing small scale marketing campaigns, developing marketing toolkits for use by communities. I undertake partnership working and have developed microsites for specific projects, worked on the development and launched an online CPD course, and provide support to the Scotland Director.
