I am working as an implementation consultant for Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management.
My recent project at Northern Ireland included HCM implementation, for which I was responsible for the end to end implementation of Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Management Modules. Conducted HLA, CRP, KUT, UAT, and completed all the deliverables within time.
My previous project included Roll Out Implementation on 18 countries for Amnesty International. During this roll-out approach, conducted UAT multiple times to deliver solutions persistently across legislations.
Currently in London, UK on a project assignment for major London Boroughs. Responsible for the implementation and solution design of various modules in the Oracle HCM suite – Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Learning.
