I am passionate about the people side of change and bringing meaningful change into organisations, with a focus on helping teams and organisations deliver true customer value in a sustainable way. I have worked with a range of organisations in a range of industries; from small digital agencies to big corporate organisations.

I have worked with software and non-software development teams in various capacities from facilitating training and workshops to getting deeply involved ‘in the trenches’ with teams. This includes coaching and mentoring teams and providing organisations guidance on Agile & DevOps practices, methods, frameworks and tools to successfully engage people across the board.

I started my Agile journey in a Scrum team. I soon came to realise the benefit of being part of the bigger picture and getting a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecyle.

Over the years I enhanced my skills and knowledge by taking on different roles and responsibilities across a variety of disciplines such as Scrum Master, Product Ownership, Business Analysisi, Service Delivery Management, Agile & Lean coaching. I have guided organisations along their DevOps and Agile journeys working with various frameworks and practices such as Scrum, XP, Kanban.

I have extensive experience in helping organisations break down silos, enabling the creation of a continuous learning environment that encourages communication, collaboration, integration and automation to improve flow of work between software development team members and IT operation professionals. I am passionate about helping organisations identify how value to the customer is delivered, by evaluating what work is performed, by whom, where the bottlenecks and waste are and what steps organisations can take incrementally to improve future flow.

In 2018 I succesfully completed Kanban Train the Trainer Program from Lean Kanban University, enabling me to teach KMP1, KMP2 and TKP. I need 2019 I became part of the http://*********.*** trainer community by becoming a PST. Additionally I was part of the team designing an ICAgile Accredited course in the Product Ownership track. Aside from providing training I am far and foremost an Agile & Lean practitioner, working with teams and organisations on a day to day basis.
