• Was instrumental in the launch of an internal online training portal on the SharePoint platform, for which I wrote and designed original course content.
The Executive team that I was part of transformed and grew the business over this period from a significant loss-making enterprise to one of profit. The business, comprising of four separate entities, employs 1100 people and generated a turnover of £115m in FY19/20.
