My name is Simon. I have spent the last 2 years working as an IT Support Engineer for a Managed Service Provider. During this time I worked mainly as an onsite engineer for a leading energy trading company and energy storage facility. This has given me great experience working in environments of high pressure and provide an highly available IT network and infrastructure.
I have many more years of customer service experience and can be confident to deliver excellence service either over the phone or face to face with clients. I have a very strong work ethic that I have learnt over the years through different roles and disciplines. Given me a good knowledge and mind set of getting a job completed for the clients requirements and expectations and keeping within project and business timelines.
I have a passion for IT Security and I am working towards a career in Cyber Security. I spend my spare time studying and practising Pen testing techniques and skills.
