I’ve always had a desire to help and support people even as a kid I remember having the pull towards helping others. This passion for helping people came alive in my career around 13 years ago when I first joined L&D. I’ve worked and developed my skills over the years, being a facilitator, coach and design consultant and throughout all my roles the one consistent area is people. I love working with people, getting to know them, building a rapport with someone is something I’m proud to be able to do very easily. Supporting someone and coaching them through career choices inspires me constantly it’s the area I enjoy the most.
Over the past three years I’ve been heavily involved with supporting learning activity around Diversity. Ive researched and developed a workshop which helps to support an increase in women in senior positions and it also won an award at the recent training journal awards.
