(contract) - Delivering high quality user research and service
design work as part of the Shell Agile Hub, which tackles global business problems through digital technologies
and agile methodologies. My work spans 2 large transformation projects and the Hub's research directory:
1.) Worked on the vision and the MVP for the new version of MarketHub, Shell's B2B e-commerce platform
that allows marine, aviation, industrial, construction and other customers to order lubricants. I led research
planning, fieldwork, analysis and synthesis of insight from customers from varied industries and geographies, through various phases of the largest digital transformation project within Shell Downstream.
2.) Led project with objective of identifying opportunity areas to improve the customer journey of lubricant
customers in the wind and gas power generation industries. I led the research work, interviewed internal
stakeholders and customers across Europe, and together with my team analysed and synthesised the data into 5
distinct opportunity areas that are now being considered for further funding in 2020.
3.) Developed and built a project research repository on AirTable, helping every team globally to find relevant
previous research easily, and save resources from repeating the same work, or identifying useful research.
