Drama & Vice Principal at The Windmill Theatre School
Dance.
• Choreographer: I choreograph Musical Theatre routines from pre-school age up to adult classes. Within this I also teach drama and singing 4 evenings a week, focussing on improving the skills of my students and giving them important life skills (for example confidence, projection and working as a team) as well as honing their talents within the industry. I lead drama games, script work and improvisation and have a 100% pass rate at teaching LAMDA V & P, Acting & Musical Theatre from over 300 students. This requires me to be passionate, approachable, friendly, intuitive and driven.
• Production Manager:
- I devise the structure, select the cast, choreograph and source props/costumes for our productions. This involves a lot of time and hard work on a regular basis and needs a responsible, organised person with a love for musical theatre in order for it to work. Our shows are so successful that I feel this is a role suited to my personality.
• Administration Manager and as PA to the Principal:
- Financial Reporting
- Diary management
- Travel Arrangements
- Legal requirements
- General administration duties. I also collate any LAMDA exam material and organise the examination dates, times and students taking part. This is why I decided to do a Business Management degree as it enhanced my understanding of how to run and to create a successful business.

As a Music Teacher, I deliver Music lessons to primary aged children during curriculum time (PPA cover).
