• Day to day tasks involve - preparing project plans, tracking milestones, resource forecasting and tracking, enabling close adherence to project cost estimates, identifying and managing risks, maintain control over issues and manage dependencies using best practice procedures and tools
• Prioritising projects, deliverables, sprint goals
• Articulating progress to stakeholders on a Daily, weekly basis, regular updates and liaison with Project Sponsors.
• Working with Infrastructure, delivery and QA teams, application and security Architects , product vendors, and project sponsors while creating the plan, tracking major milestones, securing phase wise sign offs, mitigating blockers, implementation preparation and readiness, gateway signoffs, post implementation hand over and project closure post hand over to BAU team
• Working with Stakeholders (Business / IT) in ensuring successful delivery of the various programmes against agreed budgets
• Responsible for analysing new change requests raised as part of the project/programme, assessing and managing the impact of cost, scope and timelines
