I am an experienced business professional with over 7 years of working in various industries and roles.
In that time, I have developed a strong skill set which involves specialising in Business Process Management and Risk Management. In my experience, these two areas within businesses are often overlooked and not enough importance is given to them. I have been able to develop skills and knowledge in helping companies improve their performance through process improvement and waste reduction and raise companies' risk appetite helping them mitigate high impact issues.
In my approach to solving complex issues for businesses, I pride myself on putting the client first at all times. My role is to solve these complex issues in an efficient and cost effective manner.
From previous experiences, people have always praised my ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients. I believe relationship building is a bit of a lost art these days and along with my exceptional problem solving skills, i believe these two key areas set me apart.
Some of my recent projects include working with a business owner on a start up for construction services. I assisted the client with developing their business model, marketing strategy and core processes. My most recent project involved me working with a client on enhancing the performance of his business. This is included the development of an entirely new risk framework and a strategy for lead generation to maintain and improve organic growth.
