I'm offering
I am an experienced HR professional who passionately believes in the difference that well-defined and appropriate people interventions can make to an organisation — both to its culture and ultimately its bottom line. I have performed in an array of senior HR roles within both global blue-chip organisations and smaller companies – and across many industries, including private and public sector and from Financial Services to FMCG.
If there is a common thread, it is that I engage with organisations going through change — and manage their people challenges.
I am at heart a business partner, used to managing people projects to deliver key business objectives with a consultancy approach that truly reflects and strengthens the organisation’s culture. I see challenges from fresh angles, identifying creative solutions to people issues. My bottom line is that I challenge honestly about what’s important, deliver what’s required and do all of this with people not to people.
