I have been an editor at Creative Tourist since September 2018. Researching and writing about events, and activities in Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds. It involves a strong understanding of SEO and finely tuned copy writing skills.
As a classically trained composer I have written works for the Liverpool Philharmonic's ensemble 10/10 as well as Galvanise and Fretwork ensembles, the Gildas Quartet and soprano Jennifer Johnson. I also have written and performed for theatre in venues such as Shoreditch Town Hall, Battersea Arts Centre, HOME and the Vaults.
As a performer I use live electronics as well as guitar, keys and BVs. Previously I have toured with the band New Order as a synth player and backing vocalist.
