I have worked in the building construction/maintenance trade for around ten years from starting as a labour on a site to running my own maintenance company for five years,
My maintenance company was started for building maintenance mostly to McDonald’s around Nottingham city centre, I also looked after the yum group for nearly two years until they sold of for franchise, The business was struggling due to a family breakdown, since this I have been sub contracting to a few different companies fitting Church of England schools and nursery’s out with new toilet /bathroom facilities but this work is only available in school holidays,
I have also been fitting bathrooms at Nottingham university in the student accommodations, also i do fire stopping, Roofing and gutter works, for UPP the maintenance team that look after the university sites, but they are trying to get it all back in house,
I am a someone who believes in customer satisfaction keeping them in the loop at all times and I am passionate about all my work to be finished to a excellent standard.
