I have been at the forefront of designing, developing, delivering and evaluating training for 20 years. Passionate about the learning cycle, I thrive on creating environments whereby people embrace behavioural change and feel safe to practise new techniques. I have introduced new techniques around Objection Handling & Questioning especially.
In both one to one coaching and presenting to a large group, I enjoy delivering to ensure an engaging, enjoyable, relevant session that inspires positive change. My belief is that people learn best when “Doing”, being involved in a session with lots of interaction/exercises/practice. I understand & take into account people’s differing learning styles.
I have a passion for developing managers in order for them to fully understand the behaviours they see in their team members & why those behaviours exist. Emotional Intelligence is the key to this level of understanding & promotes relationships between managers & their people that work well in order to achieve company goals. Using the GROW coaching model in workshops and also on the job coaching skills to identify opportunities to coach here & now.
My training style is engaging & interactive with lots of “doing” to motivate & enthuse the learner. I communicate well in all forms to stakeholders at all levels either one to one or in a meeting environment.
