I am currently undertaking the role of Interim Lead for Emergency Planning and Business Continuity at Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) and have secured a position as Assistant Head of Emergency Planning and Business Continuity, which I begin on the 8th August 2019, following on from a previous role as Business Continuity Coordinator. I am a qualified member of the Institute of Strategic Risk Management (M.ISRM) and an associate member of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI). At MMU, I have successfully coordinated a project to implement a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) that aligns to ISO: 22301, which is the International Standard for Business Continuity.
