Simply put, I use relationship management to increase customer value and revenue - both now and ongoing.
My strongest skills is in identifying and leveraging trends in sales patterns and consumer behaviours, to plan and manage ongoing marketing strategies. I've done this for some of the UK's biggest retailers and brands, as well as start-ups and SMEs.
Recently, I've set-up (back-end and front-end) several Shopify websites, and I've also worked with some big UK retailers and brands to plan and manage marketing strategies that ensure consistent omnichannel customer experiences. The aim of these strategies is - of course - to offer maximum profitability for my clients.
I'm also extremely proactive in deepening my understanding of my core client base, and their customers - and subsequently, my ability to steer and deliver customer engagement and sales growth. As a result, I've recently become a qualified personal trainer and a certified nutritionist, and I've also added basic coding to my skillset, learning CSS, Liquid, HTML and Javascript.
