I currently lead a team of 5 PMs at LendInvest responsible for our end to end platform. I've built this team and developed our ways of working, collaborating closely with VP Engineering, Design and Data to do so to make sure we deliver in an open and transparent manner.
I love product as I enjoy figuring out problems with people, delivering change and seeing the impact it has. I enjoy strategy and prioritisation, and using data to back up these decisions.

● Aligned the product team to strategic business goals so we prioritise the right problems to solve. The team has delivered against KPIs, including assets under management, efficiency of managing our loan book and launching new lending products for borrowers.
● Led the product team to deliver the right solutions based on these KPIs. Responsibilities include coaching and management of the team, recruitment and collaboration with other departments,
especially during periods of business change.
● Iterated our ways of working to deliver maximum value. Using weekly demos and kanban, we get regular feedback to inform what to build next, focus on reducing cycle time and deliver code to production multiple times per day.

Web & Apps
● Enabled consumers to build a basket in one click. Ran A/B tests which showed a 2% increase in conversion.
● Implemented a new Search results page in our International sites. A/B tests showed a conversion increase of 2-3%, especially on mobile.
● Created a refer-a-friend scheme in our Spanish market to increase consumer acquisition. In monetary terms, these new customers were more profitable than normal marketing spend.

● Defined the group strategy to improve consumer payments with Senior Directors. Understood the motivations for change and produced projects to release business value.
● Redesigned the payment funnel on mobile and web which increased conversion up to 10% dependent on territory. Also, on-boarded new payment methods into several markets.
● Integrated new payment gateways in our key markets to reduce operating costs up to 20%, centralising knowledge and providing disaster recovery options.
