I'm offering
Having a great deal of experience and significant success within many sectors of the Food Industry, gained at a Senior level, I recently worked Castle Dairies, Caerphilly, where I was fortunate enough to acquire first class knowledge of the Dairy Industry.
I have a history of success wherever I have worked and can offer Leadership, Collaboration, a Customer Focus and Empowerment as a just a few of my Values.
As my CV highlights, I have improved performance, adding significant numbers to the bottom line, reduced waste and increased Yield, whilst focussing on people as well as process.
Although I have worked as an Interim in many companies, I feel that the opportunity far outweighs the status in the role.
You will see that I have had a number of reports, whilst Head of Operations. Most recently, these were Health and Safety, Continuous Improvement, Production, Engineering, Planning, Technical, Food Culture and Warehouse.
I am used to all aspects of Operational Management and can contribute to the Senior team .
Focussing on my most recent role at Castle Dairies, I can state that I made significant savings from line efficiencies, waste control, engineering and Production spending, allowing the business to become more competitive in the market place.
I introduced Planning, Food Culture and Continuous Improvement into the business and identified Values as part of the improved culture.
