• Overarching responsibility for Health & Safety Environmental, Quality, Training & Insurance for over 3,500 employees and subcontractors.

• Created a centralised the SHEQ function, created from scratch a 'User Friendly' Integrated Management System which got certification to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 whilst improving safety across all projects (zero AFR for 3 consecutive years).
