I am a certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach.
I spent a good portion of my time at the University of Manchester sweating in the local Aquatics Centre Gym, and after working in the legal sector as a post graduate Paralegal I shortly returned to what I love doing.
In particular, I focus on training with a holistic mix of resistance and cardiovascular work tailored into bespoke programmes to suit an individual's needs and interests. I also can work towards Sports Performance goals with clients, with a S&C oriented approach over aesthetics. My clients range from 14-80 which has provided me with a wide experience of various physical ailments and goals.
After joining the industry mid 2017, by 2019 I had relocated from a commercial gym and agency work to my Studio in Purley. I also work in Cobham at The 225 Club and the surrounding areas. I now provide a training space for other trainers alongside Online and Face to Face Training.
Aside from coaching, I also write freelance content ranging from articles to newsletters and website content. A corporate, academic background has benefited my ability to communicate information about news in the fitness world (or otherwise) efficiently and accurately.
