Following on from my role Head of Resident Project Lead, I was placed into a major supplier in Austria due to their major failing on deliveries. Working very closely with their senior Program / Procurement Managers and Operations Director to understand the overall issue along with a route cause corrective action.
I put into place a fully recovery plan over a 26-week period that would allow full recovery along with additional buffer sets at the end of this period. To ensure this was adhered too I remained onsite in the supplier holding daily meetings along with weekly High-Level Communications between both Companies.
Having achieved full recovery and in agreement with the senior management team I handed this back to relevant controlling teams to continue to monitor. With this task completed I returned the UK to assist with the development of the Supply Chain professionals / Specialists.

As the Head Resident Project Lead, I was based on site as the Senior representative for the A350 Program. I successfully set up the operational governance with the Multi-Functional Team and was accountable for the interactions between the two companies within the contractual framework. Monitor supply chain quality and process compliance, support identification of improvements along with securing the industrial supply chain to deliver the Latest build into, my customer.

Valencia USA for the recovery of the A350 Gear Beam Delivery’s into the Airbus Final Assembly Line, Toulouse France for the FTAC recovery, and the UK.
