Have proposed solutions (based on general design principles, process flows, data model, business functions, requirement traceability, RIFECW objects) that met immediate short-term business needs (tactical solution) as well as the needs for longer term business strategy (strategic solutions). I have been responsible for creating and maintaining target state reference architectures.

I have good exposure to Gartner's Pace layered approach for directing investments based on IT assess classification of systems of record, differentiation and innovation. For RFP, Vendor and product assessments, we have leveraged on industry best practices like Gartner Decision Tools for Vendor Selection.
❖ Architecture, Solution & delivery governance: I have been part of TDA (for solution governance) to ensure that the proposed solutions design aligns to architecture standards, strategy road map and also for delivery assurance to ensure that the functional increments delivered through projects are aligned to the proposed solutions as approved in TDA reviews & development standards. Have been responsible to ensure maintain Solution design artifacts are always UpToDate.
❖ Proof of concept and Feasibility analysis: I have led proof of concept to establish feasibility where needed.
❖ Most notable projects & achievements:
❖ Leading directional change initiative by proposing and designing solution based on standardization for measuring business KPI metrics (for Perfect retail store execution) measurement project for Distribution, Pricing, Shelving & Merchandising.
The pilot project was not only delivered within time and budget, but the real benefits were achieved when the project was scaled to 18 countries within EMEA (based on standardized pattern) and subsequently being rolled outs across other regions.
❖ I have introduced new design patterns for integration using Mule soft API platform on pilot SAP S4Hana project. These design patterns immediately adopted across all areas on the programme.
❖ I was recognized for my contribution within IT architecture and have been awarded in Kimberly Clark IT global forum.

I have led HLD Solution design based on functional and non-functional requirement, Target operating model, Design principles, capability assessments, need for rationalization of IT estate, regulatory requirements, identified RAID dependencies and the alignment of capabilities with business strategy. The recommended solution was based on reference architecture which was approved for HLD.
HLD (High level) solution design was based on a set of agreed design principles, data models and an approved reference architecture. Component reference architecture included all business capabilities that were required to achieve future business strategy and vision. Based on reference architecture, final To-Be section of solution design detailed functional packages and applications that supported the business capabilities detailed with in the reference architecture.
My interfaces were with stakeholders from IT (BA's, Consultants, architects, Vendor team, leadership team) and SME's (from business) to gather information and produce architectural artifacts / documentation.
