I'm offering
I am an experienced Programme Director, Operations and Consulting professional, with roles spanning Programme Director, COO, Management Consultancy, Head of Operations and Programme Management.
My experience spans a variety of businesses from larger scale consulting engagements through Sapient into the Financial services space, to founding and building start up businesses.
I have delivered high value (£2-30M), large programmes of work for clients such as HSBC, M&S, Qatar Airways, Universal Entertainment and Barclays, delivered end to end platforms from creative design to technical delivery and implementations.
My start up experience has involved building from the ground up teams, organisations and capability to ready for scale and importantly deliver products and services, utilising agility and business processes to meet business objectives and goals. Often these have been investor and investment dependant, whereby milestones have to be achieved to be able to satisfy investment gates to new rounds of funding.
I have experience of working at all levels, but importantly I have extensive experience of working with executive teams, in consulting and for my startups to drive sponsorship support for the engagement and work, and building partnerships and commercial relationships for growth.

GLOBAL PROGRAMME DELIVERY LEAD
MIRUM AGENCY.
Mirum are a full service digital and technology agency. Mirum had a responsibility to a key house
account client to deliver a complex technical platform build into 31 markets to meet regulatory and compliance needs. This particular programme was in distress, having failed to deliver over a number
of engagements and 2 years of incomplete development. With teams working across 3 locations, the programme was complex, had significant legacy issues and a client who had little faith in it being
delivered.
With a final deadline of January 2020 in place, I was engaged to turn around the programme and get
it back to a position where we had a capable team, an engaged and happy client and processes that
would enable delivery and ensure quality.
Over the past year,
• Worked with the client to rebuild trust, advocacy and support.
• Re-established processes and ways of working between our teams and client teams to meet
the project goals and objectives.
• Built a team and culture that empowers and enables individuals to deliver successfully and without barriers.
• Through improved relationships and building of trust with key stakeholder, we scaled the work beyond the original scope to bring additional revenues for the agency. Total Revenues
circa £3.2M
• Programme has been delivered into the client on track and to budget.
My responsibilities include
• Financial, budgetary and commercial ownership.
• Capability and teams management and controls.
• Communications planning and management.
• Risk management and mitigation.
• Stakeholder management into the agency and into executive sponsors within the client.
• Overall successful delivery of the programme.
