• To obtain an insight into a working environment where IT was practically applied, I volunteered at a computer shop. During the time, I managed to improve on my flexibility as I had to undertake jobs which I had never done before, such as dismantling and fixing desktop, laptops and printers.
• I enhanced my ability to communicate effectively with my colleagues and customers. Also, I developed good listening skills to which meant I could effectively satisfy customer requirements.
