Lloyds Pharmacy, Integrated Centre.
I started off my role at Lloyds Pharmacy as a Sales Assistant on the Shop Floor, where I was the first point-of-call for customers. I gained vast experience in customer care and enhanced my Pharmacy knowledge. I completed the HCA course which allowed me to gain more knowledge about medicines and pharmacy. From this, I progressed onto a Dispensers course in 2016 and qualified. I currently work as a Dispenser, dealing with patients' prescriptions, queries and medication on a daily basis.
The responsibilities I undertake:
• Requesting, Dispensing, Labelling prescriptions and deliveries
• Organising and making monthly and weekly dosette boxes
• Negative and Weekly Stock Counts
• Switching Champion for Prescriptions
• Ensuring daily deliveries to be sent to patients are ready to be sent out
• Ordering and Storing medication on a daily basis
• Providing customer service in a courteous and professional manner
• Aiding customers on the shop floor with medicinal and general queries
