I'm offering
I am currently working as Product Delivery Manager at Ten Lifestyle Group, a multinational company that works in the B2B2C and offers a range of offline and online services to their clients.
Here is the company link to the website for you to have an overview.
I cover a Digital Project Manager and a Product Owner role; my focus is to manage the creation of multiple branded instances from project kick-off to go-live.
When I joined in January 2019, my role was a brand new position due to the expansion of the com-pany. I was required to create a new project process, new Jira tickets and new project documenta-tions. I am in charge of coordinating the workload between different teams for the instance creation as development and content team and for the translation team when the instance had launched in a different country. I also support the principal company stakeholders in managing client’s expectation on the project progresses and I also support clients meeting on principal project milestones (i.e. mock-up presentation or new feature request). I am also the main point of contact in the Product team for Business Development clarifications.
The company works under an Agile approach so I’ve been exposed to a Scrum process, and I have become a Jira expert and a good analyst to write new requirements. I’ve learned how to communi-cate with different teams, such as developers, designers and clients and adopting a different lan-guage structure to better facilitate the explication of what was needed/agreed to move forward with the project phases. I’ve also learned how to keep a product backlog well prioritized and how to pro-pose my work, explaining why was important to give it priority before something else.
I have a strong passion for Digital, as you can see from my CV I have dedicated all my universities and Master studies to that. I am also taking several online courses in Project Management, with at-tention to the Agile approach.
I consider myself a challenging person, I love to prove myself in new situations and I am looking for an environment to keep growing professionally and personally. My previous companies describe me as someone willing to learn, highly organized, and a strong team player always looking for the best way to get the job done, within the respect of processes in use, team involved and budget set.
