Agency management. Sourcing and running tender process's to identify incumbent agencies. Improving output of our PR agency by
introducing weekly catch ups and a clear lines of communication. This enabled greater input and insight from myself to help them
better create and position stories to the press.
Arranging and developing quarterly hosted events with luxury partners and event spaces in London to cement client relationships and deliver new business. Each event had a target of 2 new bookings which was met each time.
Brand partnership development, sourcing on brand luxury companies with relevance to our client base and who could intern amplify
our brand to a wider audience. I did this by securing partnerships with Bowers & Wilkins, La Reserve Hotel Group and Fogg's
residence cocktail bar. The later we have created a 365 aviation themed cocktail that is available to purchase at their exploration
society venue.
Leading on all commercial B2B partnerships, ascertaining the value these would bring to us as a business. Negotiating contractual
terms and commissions. This resulted in the delivery of global partners in the chauffeur, concierge and luxury travel agent space. This
delivered a smoother customer journey a reduction in associated transport costs and an increase flight bookings in excess of 15%.
