• Responsible for all aspects of the programmes, through the entire lifecycle and for ensuring that the correct governance was implemented and adhered to so that the performance of the projects and programme could be monitored and if necessary corrective or preventative actions were implemented.
• Defining the programme strategy making sure that the outputs, outcomes and benefits are aligned to the organisations goals. I presented the strategy to the executive level Steering committee and gained the Steering committees commitment and sign off
• Managing and controlling the programme plan, scope, schedule, milestones, budget, benefits realisation and communications
• Presenting the CTO with regular updates, including financial information (forecast spend, committed and actual spend) through face to face presentations or regular written reports that would then be presented to CUK's president and executive board
