• Business Analyst and Project Manager for Delfour's largest contract. Business analysis resulted in over 6000 hours of custom software mainly integration with automated systems. $30m project with $2.5m of systems cost. Produced test scenarios for 8 programmers. Produced process metrics. 600,000 sqft/level, 3 level high distribution centre in Santiago, Chile.
• Defined the scope and project plans for more than 20 projects ranging from the inbound supply for Argentine automobile manufacturing plant (line side supply) to a fully implemented WMS for the leading freezer public warehouse chain in North America. Managed the migration from old to new systems including RF, voice activation and Web based technologies. Some operations included AS/RS and or AGV systems.
• Developed the business processes to define future software developments for warehouse management and freight management including automatic costing by item, this included cost to supply/replenish.
