I have 4.2 years of extensive work experience in economic, policy and market research. Being an economist by profession, I am working with PHD Research Bureau, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a Research Associate. I have an elaborate experience of conducting economic and policy research (through both primary and secondary research methods) at national and sub-national level, banking, and on other macroeconomic issues. I have worked on thematic reports such as Job Creation in India, Ease of Doing Business for MSMEs, Suggestive Roadmap for Indian economy and prepared several state profiles. I also conduct seminars, webinars, open house and brainstorming sessions with various industry stakeholders, renowned economists, academia, and other experts on topical issues.
Previously, I worked as a Research Analyst and Junior Research Analyst with Daedal Research Pvt Ltd. a private market research firm. I also hold a rich experience in conducting across industry research and prepared syndicated and clientele reports across several industrial domains such as automobiles, softwares, real estate, pharmaceuticals, fast fashion, gems and jewellery, among others.
I have also worked as a subject matter expert and provided my consultation services remotely for CEIC Data/EMIS Insights and Chegg, Inc. I am also enrolled onto the consulting platform for Euromonitor International. I am volunteering with The Economist Intelligence Unit on their data tree formulations and with Pencil, Inc, wherein I got an opportunity to train the NYC students on real workplace challenges.
I did my interniship with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd under Corporate Solutions Group from May-July 2014. I am a post-graduate in Economics. I work on Microsoft Office and I am currently pursuing R, python and Tableau. I have experience in database management and applying methodologies to conduct data driven analysis. I am eloquent in verbal and written communication.
Also, I am a multi-lingual person, with basic proficiency in French and German and command over Hindi as native language and English as colonial language. I have good presentation and communication skills. I have also co-authored with Notion Press Publishing on the book ‘Around the World’- an anthology. I have also published my poetry works with Half Baked Beans Volume 1 and Express edition. I have co-authored an article on Five Green Strategies for Sustainable Revival of Growth in the Journal of Ideas and Innovations published by PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
