While being an experienced school leader , advisor and consultant myself, I now support others to grow and feel more confident as a leader, across all organisations, by mentoring and supporting them with ideas and strategies of leadership and coaching them to feel more confident, empowered and for-filled in this challenging yet exciting role. I can give leaders, new or very experienced, time to unpick and analyse their own skills, attitudes and knowledge away from the pressures of expectations, so they can solve the problems of leadership, find the ways forward and continue to grow in their belief in their own potential and influence.
I write training materials for the training and the learning sector, whilst also being a highly experienced learning facilitator with a background in teaching and adult training. The skills of training are not those of imparting knowledge but an understanding of how adults learn, the ability to read people and keep them engaged , motivated and inspired.
