321ICS is a fully property management tool and caters for everyone, regarded as one of the most complete system available. It combines buyers, sellers, estate agents, tenants and landlords through a cross functional platform. Some of the key functions for the website and the dynamic web application contains as follows:
For the sellers, it allows a platform for them to list their property, manage the listing, manage viewings and communicate with buyers. For the sellers, they can create a schedule for their viewings, so that a buyer cannot book a time that is not available, making the system as efficient as possible.
For the buyers, the ability to search for the properties, and able to interact with the online booking system with email and messaging notifications.
Estate Agents are able to manage the transactions between sellers and buyers, with an iManage Tool, allowing them to manage their entire property portfolios. Further to this, they can also manage a relationship between a landlord and tenant.
Tenants are able to search for properties for rent, able to book viewings and once they have secured a property, they are able to use the integrated system to complete their tenancy contract online, manage rent payments and able to report issues at the property. This is then linked into either the Estate Agent or Landlord portal, depending on who have rented this property to you.
Tenants are able to use the interactive iTool system, which is an easy to use tool for their tenancy.
For the Landlord, they can use the iManage Tool, to manage their properties and tenants, through a simple online system. They can also list properties without the need to work with Estate Agents.
The "create floor plan", which allows Landlords, Estate Agents and Sellers to choose a service that is available for them to create floor plans of the property. More details of this can be found here https://www.321ics.com/floorplan.
