I am looking for my next challenge where I can put to use my 10 years of working experience as a Product Manager.
My experience has most recently included the global commodities information sector where I worked as the interface between
the customer (end users at trading and risk desks in large multi-national oil companies through to disruptive fin-tech startups)
and internal stakeholders.
My role being laser focused on ensuring product portfolios (reports, dashboard, API, data feeds) remained cutting-edge, relevant
and that they consistently grew market share. Within the sector I have worked to successfully bring information products to
market across multiple sub-commodities including: power & gas, renewable energy (transition), oil (refined products), nuclear
energy, petrochemicals and biofuels.
Outside of commodities I have also worked for large global financial data providers to enhance their terminal and real-time feeds
product offerings through enhancing content coverage and UX (user experience).
I am naturally analytical and a pragmatic individual, comfortable working with technical project delivery (agile framework) as well
as longer term strategy/product vision planning. My passion includes changing things for the better, whether it’s streamlining
internal processes (removing duplicative tasks, sun-setting legacy products) to laying the groundwork for the new markets of the
future: energy transition from fossil fuels to ‘clean’ energy (use of biofuels, hydrogen bunker fuel for shipping, green jet fuel)
