This includes Budgetary Control, Bulk Material call off, Storage, Individual Plot Issue of Materials and all Quality Control of Finish and Specification before handover for second fix.
Prior to commencing any works, I am responsible for ensuring that all plots, both internal and external, are ready and complete.
Responsible for all Subcontractor Co-ordination, adherence to all Site Health and Safety, Tool Box Talks and implementation of all applicable RAMS.
