I am an experienced creative strategist with a focus on digital product and service innovation. I have grown in the digital industry over the last 10+ years working for award winning agencies and institutes. I am most at home when I’m blending user research, UX design, creative direction and strategic insight roles; taking pride in my passion for people-centred solutions and beautiful design.
I am often mentoring for charities and lecture at colleges and universities when I’m not working. Creative strategy lead on all major client accounts, supporting the Strategy Director to deliver innovation, brand and user experience projects that address complex needs in the public sector.
I acted as the principal expert on brand, UX, technology and content, articulating a holistic view of tasks and validating needs. My key attributes at Manifesto include facilitating creative workshops, user research, UX design, strategy implementation, coaching stakeholders and collaborating with partners.
In addition to this, I was given the opportunity to relaunch Manifesto’s motion content and video offering to support the best-in-class digital experiences we want to deliver. I was the service lead for this function, mentoring the team, developing new business relationships, tracking profit, creative direction and producing film, animation and interactive content.

Contractor for Grayling as head of department for digital services and transformation. My role included senior digital counsel and training for all sector teams and aiding the creative director in their mission to evolve the agency to be at the forefront of digital services for our clients.
This started out as a UK based operation but I was drafted in to work with the global network as part of an exercise in efficient training and multilateral adoption of creative processes. I founded a network of small digital guru teams across the world to act as a research + insights facility for the internal comms side of the business and as a user experience + design accelerator for our clients, brands and organisations.
