I'm offering
I am a composer and artist based in London. I use field recordings to build complex soundscapes. My sound is urgent and physical, rooted in the natural and man-made sources I employ. I hold a PhD in Composition from the University of Aberdeen. I perform my music internationally and I have worked extensively with theatre, dance, and film. My latest collaboration with artist Marysia Lewandowska ‘It’s About Time’ was exhibited at the V&A Pavillion of Applied Arts at the Venice Biennale, IT in 2019. My work with choreographers Daniele Albanese and Eva Karczag has been performed throughout Europe in 2018-19. I am curating and producing ‘The Field Recording Show’, a monthly radio show with sound artist Kate Carr for Resonance Extra.
