Managing Director
Dignifi Ltd.
Dignifi is a company that I have founded and launched to support people to recover from Trauma. Using my vast work and training experiences I have created a model to support people who have experienced trauma to recover. Our current work is with the National Probation Service, supporting young people leaving care.
I am therefore looking for part-time work that will allow me to use my time effectively during this period of national difficulty.

I wrote new policies and procedures and worked to adopt a new approach to working with this group before accepting the aforementioned manager's job to implement the changes. The ways of working designed were therapeutic and designed to support young people who had suffered significant trauma resulting in them being accommodated or looked after by the local authority.
