A.T. Kearney is a leading global Management Consulting Firm, with offices in more than 40 countries, which engages in providing management consultancy for major stated-owned entities, government institutions and private companies in Indonesia. As a Finance and Administration Coordinator, my job responsibilities are:
(Domestic Scope)
• Manage the accounting of A.T. Kearney Indonesia operation.
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly accounts.
• Organize meeting between internal and external parties by sending meeting invitation.
• Verify consultant's expenses and inform them if their reimbursement is not line with company policy.
• Verify vendor's claims, obtain necessary approval and handle payment processing.
• Prepare invoices and follow up on client payments.
• Liaising with external auditors, banks, tax agents, notary and lawyers.
• Handle VAT, withholding tax and corporate tax preparation.
• Coordinate and review biweekly cash flow projection and requirements.
• In Charge for: Client Agreement, Vendor Agreement, and Company Legal Documents.
• Perform required Finance Induction for all newly hired consultants.
• Report to Bank Indonesia on monthly and quarterly basis.
• Monitor and follow up for Bid Bond and Performance Bond thoroughly.
• Assisting A.T. Kearney 's Project Consultants from South East Asia Region and other countries, with regard to:
- Provide the sample of client agreement.
- Assist in providing letter of project acceptance when the project is completed.

• Prepare inter-company billings and reconciliation to A.T. Kearney offices network globally.
• Perform internal transactional processing within A.T. Kearney's Global Offices.
