systems, including the implementation of Eloqua and its custom integration with Sugar CRM.

model to drive inbound leads at a significantly higher rate through digital channels. I achieved this by
optimising the digital strategy towards conversion using both organic and paid digital marketing channels. I led
a series of test-and-learn activities that allowed us to quickly identify successes and use that data to optimise
our strategy.
I was also responsible for managing a CRM Coordinator and driving their own personal development within the firm and their role. I ensured that CRM worked seamlessly with marketing automation to drive forward
