Senior Admin Officer
New Horizons Community Enterprise.
I am the first point of contact at this large community hub. This hub contains a number of organisations such as the NHS and Dudley Walsall Mental Health. I greet visitors, answer telephone calls, direct calls, sort incoming and outgoing post, and other general administrator duties. I am responsible for preparing and organising meetings and conference rooms ensuring all resources required are available, and rooms lay out as requested and that I am at hand if needed for any other requirements. I am in charge of a small team, and we work together well so the business does well also. I also arrange events for throughout the year, coach trips for families who wouldn't normally be able to afford a day out, I also help organise our winter wonderland, for under privileged kids.
