During my working career I have always strived to not only bring my experience and knowledge to a role but continue to further my knowledge and learn different techniques, having this mind set allows me to have a more rounded and adaptable approach when dealing with employers, employees and clients. Having worked in many different roles from unskilled positions upon leaving education through to running a successful building and development company I have picked up some great skills along the way, such as being proficient in project management, estimating cost of works, cost control, product sourcing, managing personnel, producing project and payment schedules, drafting letters, drafting contracts and using a computer and various programs. I have great communication skills when either face to face, over the telephone or when using email. In my next role I am looking to build upon the experience and knowledge I already have and progress my career further. I have a real interest in property having worked in various roles from construction, refurbishment, sales and lettings negotiator and developing and selling my own properties over the years.
