Joined Granada TV's Music Department in an admin role, preparing contracts for composers and musicians. Led to promotion to work as PA to Director of Programmes (Exec Board) which involved travel across the UK providing a dynamic support function for an industry leader and presenter on live programmes. Amazing opportunities which enabled me to appreciate senior management engagement and strategically aligned service and operational business lines.
