In this role I wore two hats. I continued to drive growth for Mous through our digital channels, by managing both our paid and organic social teams. I also took on the management of our e-commerce site, through which the business drives over 80% of its revenue managed e-commerce and marketing strategy at Mous. My first step in this role was to bring development in house and build an e-commerce team which could give the business back control over its primary online presence. I lead the team to delivering several significant conversion rate optimisation projects. The UX site redesign stands out as a key project I delivered. It future proofed the site for the expanding product pipeline by improving product discovery and the customer journey. My time in the role was an incredible opportunity to oversee the digital strategy for a $20m+ turnover business, achieving 70% YOY growth in 2019.
