Food Fund International is a Dubai-based international restaurant group, boasting a portfolio of eleven brands across the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, the UK, South Africa, Greece and Kenya. As Marketing Manager for the Middle East and London, I managed all marketing activity across the complete brand portfolio for eighteen stores. The key responsibilities included:
• Marketing Strategy – developing strategic marketing plans for each brand utilising market research and consumer insight, and optimising an integrated approach.
• Planning & Budgeting – campaign planning to annual budgets.
• Branding – brand conceptualisation and positioning strategies for each brand.
• Brand Launches – managing the launch of new brands and individual outlets (nine stores across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London and Bahrain)
• Campaign Management – planning, analysis and day-to-day management of on-going marketing campaigns for each brand and specific outlets.
