Overview:
Overall Accountable for a portfolio of Projects acting as single point contact to external and internal stakeholders while leading a multi-cultural and cross-functional team of resources and other project managers in a Matrix-organisation. Managed and successfully delivered various internal projects (business change and transformation projects) across the value chain.
Main Responsibilities:
• Prepared and managed project budgets and time schedules
• Prepared and implemented health, safety and environmental plans in compliance with CDM regulations, transport management plans and quality plans during pre-construction, construction and operations phase until handing over to operations teams
• Procurement: Selection, Contracting and Management of suppliers (Shipping, Road Transport, Cranes, Installation, Civil and HV electrical suppliers)
